The Sleep Challenge

Hello.  I am back.  Sorry, I've been swamped at work and at home and may I just say how much I hate daylight savings?!

Forget about it throwing my kids off; it throws me all to hell for at least two weeks!

I am supposed to be at work between 9 & 9:30am.  This week, I was rolling in by 10 or 10:30am because I can't seem to go to sleep on time.  At 1am I am still laying in bed wide awake wondering why I'm still awake!

How does that make any sense?  Shouldn't it be backwards?  Shouldn't I be getting tired earlier?

Conveniently, I got this interesting e-mail from the National Sleep Foundation (yes, I get e-mails from them) about a Sleep Challenge that is currently going on.

It's pretty interesting actually...  It's happening from March 3 - March 31, 2008 and it is geared towards helping you improve your sleep patterns by making positive changes such as remodeling your bedroom.

The National Sleep Foundation is a phenomenal organization working towards a better rested America.

I am going to take the Sleep Challenge; I challenge you to do the same!
Good luck and keep me posted of your progress!
