Saturday Wordzzle Challenge No. 1
I found something neat, so I'm giving it a try. Raven chooses ten random words and we string them together in a coherent paragraph/story. How did I do? This is a true story.

In middle school, I first read about Shangri-La in James Hilton's Lost Horizon. At that age I had read little about the elixir of youth and knew even less about bands of brothers. But I discovered that there was more to life than using my middle finger and the letter Q as entertainment. I became explicitly obsessed with the idea of a Utopia. I expanded my reading from quadruped Bunnicula to books that had deeper meaning. Today, I continue my thirst for Nirvana through books and movies. Just the other day I sent a text message to a friend about the fun Utopian-like movie, Minority Report. In the film, society tries to compensate for it's downfalls using psychics. Although it's a bit melodramatic, the futuristic touches make it fun to watch.
If you haven't read Lost Horizon, I highly recommend it; it's an American Classic!

Well done! Adding "ly," "s," "ed," and "ing" is pefectly legal. Jay's suggestion about deposition is a great one. Words that your stuck on often can be made into book titles, band names or I've occasionally made them into words on posters. Or you can something like "I was supposed to give a depostion but I didn't want to. I'd much rather...
Anyway, so glad you have joined in. I'll check out Pet Peeves for Tuesday, though I'm already doing Ruby Tuesday and I'm not sure how many more things I can add to my plate.

Awesome Wordzzle debut!
Very well done. I'm always impressed when people can get all the words into one paragraph without it sounding forced at all. Nice!

Firstly, I like the look of your blog.
Secondly I really liked your paragraph. Most of us end up writing stories, you made it your "Deposition"
