WordFUL Wednesday is hosted by Angie at 7 Clown Circus.

My good friend, Ma, has a macro lens. She graciously agreed to come over and take some pictures of the kids at a local pumpkin patch. The kids were not so agreeable; the trip was a bust. But Ma got this great shot of this bug. I have no idea what it is, but it was on the windshield. I P.O.'ed a lot of people driving slow so as not to smush it so she could take the shot. Fortunately, it flew off before becoming bug goo.

That is freaky-cool! I'm glad you ticked the other motorists off - the world moves too fast as it is. Maybe they'd smile a little more if they slowed down and had experiences like yours.
May you macro with Ma many times in future. I love this result!

What a totally cool shot! I wondered how you had it in suspended animation. Way to go!

That's a cool shot. Before I read how you got it I thought you had captured it in mid air. Either way it looks like SUPER HOPPER to me.

I was wondering how it was in flight without moving it's wings. I love photos with endless blue cloudless skies. Very cool shot. I would love to have a macro lens.

What a super cool shot! Now, can you name the parts of that "bug?" Antennae, head, thorax, abdomen... Very interesting.

Whew. When I saw the photo I thought somehow you had caught the thing mid-jump. That being said, how AMAZINGLY CLEAR that shot is through the glass. Great capture!!!
