As for the handicapped sign, that's probably the only available spot for handicapped parkings, since many health folks choose to take the others for their own convenience. Yup, Grandma gets really disgruntled about that!

It looks like a tree or plant that is upside down. For some reason the tips remind me of roots.

I love how the tree would not be stopped and just grew around the sign. Man can't stop nature no matter how hard we try.

Neat pic! To me it looks like the hand of the Green Man (if the Green Man had a hand) reaching to the sky.
